All applicants must be a high school graduate or hold an equivalency certificate (GED). All applicants must be 18 years of age. All applicants must complete a 75 hour pre-license course with a score of 75% or better. All applicants must pass a state exam with a score of 75% or better
All fees must be pre-paid by personal check, money order or credit card. Refund policy: No refunds after the first class of the course begins.
We will conduct approved in-class courses in a dedicated traditional classroom setting, although we do offer an online version of the course. Students are required to attend all of the required 75 hours of class time.
The instructor, Dale Washburn is licensed by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
